“Pasión Tango – The Dance”
Concert-Performance for Cello, Piano and two dancers.
The dancers, two stars of the Vienna Staatsopern Ballet, spin acrobatically throughout the stage to the “Libertango”, express the grief with their bodies to “Adios Nonino”, about which the cello and the piano narrate in their music. Pure passion out of movement and music detached from all Tango traditions, straight expression of emotions and unadorned telling of an intoxicating story – this is “Pasión Tango – The Dance”
